The Lucielo publishes essays and a newsletter, and sells a small range of free and paid products — printables and Noogear items — through our store. Everything we publish — essays, issues, printables, and the wording and design of the site itself — belongs to The Lucielo unless stated otherwise. You're welcome to read, share links to, and quote it with attribution, but not to republish, resell, or reproduce it wholesale without our permission. Anything you buy or download — a printable, a piece of Noogear — is licensed to you for personal use, not for resale or redistribution.
Payments are processed through Razorpay. Prices shown in a currency other than USD are for convenience and calculated at a fair conversion rate — the actual charge settles in the currency Razorpay processes it in. By purchasing, you're agreeing to pay the listed price at checkout, and to our Cancellation Policy and Refund & Return Policy, which govern order changes, cancellations, and returns.
Subscribing gets you access to newsletter issues and the archive for as long as your subscription is active. You can cancel at any time — see our Cancellation Policy for how. We may occasionally change what's included in a subscription or how often issues go out; we'll try to give reasonable notice if that changes materially.
Use the site the way it's meant to be used — don't try to scrape or bulk-reproduce our content, abuse the free printable or waitlist forms, attempt fraudulent payments, or otherwise interfere with how the site or store works. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel an order, or restrict access if we reasonably believe these terms are being violated.
We do our best to keep the site accurate, available, and running smoothly, but it's provided as-is, without guarantees of uninterrupted access or that it will always be error-free. We also rely on third parties — Razorpay for payments, Cloudflare for our backend, printing and shipping partners for physical goods — and aren't liable for issues that originate on their end, beyond working with you in good faith to resolve them.
To the extent the law allows, The Lucielo isn't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that can't legally be excluded.
